Adam founded Auston Legal in January 2013 after building and managing dedicated legal teams in the City.  

 

Before 'going it alone' he spent several years at an award-winning City based Search Consultancy where he led key accounts for annually retained clients focusing on partner level and team search assignments. 

Laila has nearly 20 years’ experience in the legal recruitment sector, working across different areas of legal practice. 

 

She began her career with an award-winning City boutique legal search firm, working on partner level searches for retained clients and assisting on an impressive number of senior level placements, with many being for insurance firms. Laila joined Auston Legal in March 2020 to focus solely on insurance recruitment specifically in London and the West Country. 

After spending almost 10 years in practice as an insurance lawyer, George chose to move into legal recruitment where he has established himself as a leading specialist recruiter of commercial insurance lawyers across the North and the Midlands. 

 

Working from our Spinningfields office in Manchester, George leads on recruitment in the North and Midlands where he has built trusted relationships across various premium insurance lines.
