Adam founded Auston Legal in January 2013 after building and managing dedicated legal teams in the City. Before 'going it alone' he spent several years at an award-winning City based Search Consultancy where he led key accounts for annually retained clients focusing on partner level and team search assignments. 

 

Adam has a thorough knowledge of all types of recruitment and can help candidates with every part of the interview process, alongside advising clients on how to source the best candidates for any role. He has historically focused on managing assignments to secure specialist insurance lawyers, partners and teams within the UK, but is also experienced in managing international relocations into/from Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and Ireland. 

 

Adam has been annually retained by several leading UK insurance firms, is regularly called upon to complete detailed research into specialist sectors and regularly advises firms in the formulation of their insurance sector strategy. 

 

Outside of the office, Adam coaches his sons U10s football team and enjoys various endurance sports. He has completed many Triathlons, Half Iron Man and various other running events and sportives. Adam also loves international travel and has travelled extensively through Europe, South East Asia, Japan, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.
