This is an opportunity for a senior associate to join a growing team in one of the UK’s top-tier Insurance practices. The role will be focusing on international casualty and dispute resolution aspects of insurance, such as losses for local and overseas public and product liability and environmental pollution, including catastrophic personal injuries, long-tail claims, oil spills and infrastructure faults. 

 

The team acts on multi-faceted coverage and defence matters via litigation and arbitration, which also include exposure across multiple jurisdictions such as Africa, Australia, the Caribbean, Latin America and the US. 

 

Acting for many of the biggest insurance brands, the team has acted on some of the largest and most high-profile coverage disputes to hit the London Insurance Market over recent years, with clients including London and Bermuda market insurance and reinsurance companies.
