The Client
We are working with one of the UK’s leading litigation boutiques, which is seeking to expand its aviation department through the addition of a junior associate.
The Role
Representing severely injured passengers or the families of those killed in aviation accidents all over the world. The work frequently involves technical investigations, multi-jurisdictional litigation/liability analysis and an understanding of global aviation liability frameworks. Approximately 30% of the work involves aviation litigation in English courts and c.70% involves multi-jurisdictional litigation.
Key requirements:
You will be NQ to 4 years PQE.
Ideally have a claimant background in serious/catastrophic aviation personal injury and complex fatal accident claims.
Experience of claims in foreign jurisdictions and claims under international aviation liability conventions.
Lawyers with a comparable defendant background or those with experience in domestic serious injury claims will also be considered.
