The team has experience representing policyholders on big-ticket insurance coverage disputes across a range of areas including property, business interruption, construction credit political risk and directors' and officers' insurance. Due to increased activity, the team is looking to grow through the addition of a mid-level Associate. 

 

There will also be an opportunity to assist insureds with notifications to insurers, analysing coverage and presenting claims, and to become involved in representing major insurers and other clients in disputes and contentious regulatory matters.
